Hi — we’re Ria and Dave. We run Ria’s, a Detroit-style pizza and natural wine bar in Notting Hill. We opened in 2023 after a big life pivot (thanks, redundancy), swapping tech jobs for dough balls and wine lists. What started as a bit of a mad idea quickly turned into a full-blown obsession with deep-dish pizza, fermentation, and creating a space where people can enjoy the simple pleasure of a glass and a slice (or two).

 

Our pizza is Detroit-style: thick, fluffy, and crisp-edged. It’s made with regenerative British flour and left to ferment for 72 hours for the perfect crust. Toppings are playful but precise — all designed to pair beautifully with a glass of natural wine or a cold Black Lines cocktail on tap.

 

The drinks list is natural, low-intervention, and full of small producers we believe in. It changes with the seasons, and if it’s on the menu, we love it.

 

Ria’s is small, a bit loud, and totally casual. No white tablecloths, no rules — just really good pizza and really good wine. Come hungry.
